Camp Old Indian

Troop 91 does not encourage new Scouts to attend the Path Finder Program. Our Scouts should be well on their way to First Class by the time they go to camp. Merit Badge work allows for greater flexibility and personalization of the Camp Experience. Advancement towards all ranks continues at camp.
If you are going to summer camp please give your deposit to Mr. Hilbish now ($50 for Merit Badge Program and $50 for High Adventure Programs).
Camp will be from Sunday June 22 to Sat. June 28.
All fees must be paid by June 2, 2008.

If your son is attending the regular program, you must have sections 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6
filled out and signed. If a physical has been done in the last 3 years
from date of arrival at camp, and if a photo-copy is available, attach a copy of
the physical and omit sections 5 and 7 of the medical form.
Otherwise secure a physical exam and have medical personnel complete sections 5 and 7.
If your son is attending the Adventure To Eagle or Ranger Program,
these are High Adventure programs and therefore require a
health form that is more stringent. All sections of the medical form must be completed and the Physical must
have been performed within the last 12 months.

Directions to Camp Old Indian
Take I-26 towards Spartanburg. Continue past Spartanburg towards Asheville.
Exit Northwest on 176 which runs into SC Highway 11.
Go west on SC 11 until you see a sign for SC 101 (which will be on the left
just past Glassy Mountain Development). Turn right onto State 912.
Turn right onto Callahan Mountain Road.
Camp Old Indian is on the right hand side at the bottom of a
hill.
